Reflexology is a practice that involves stimulating certain areas of the feet and sometimes hands and/or ears. The theory behind this is that areas on the feet and hands correlate with areas and organs of the body.

Reflexology may also aid in relieving symptoms associated with conditions such as headaches, digestive issues, insomnia, and hormonal imbalances. Furthermore, proponents suggest that reflexology can stimulate the body's natural healing processes and support the immune system.
During a reflexology session you can expect the following:
Over the next 24 hours following your treatment, make sure to drink plenty of water to keep hydrated. This can help improve your energy levels whilst flushing out toxins. Try to avoid any strenuous exercise, and rest for at least two hours after your treatment.
